Hello World!

Welcome to Bioinformatics Studio! This tutorial walks you through creating your very first workflow — a simple “Hello World” pipeline.

In this tutorial, we’ll use the built-in AI bioinformatics agent to generate the workflow. The agent sits in the left panel — simply describe what you want in plain text, and it will automatically create a canvas file and add the necessary nodes for you. Our goal: print “Hello World” five times.
