About Bioinformatics Studio
Bioinformatics Studio is developed by Rudhra Joshi, a bioinformatics and deep learning researcher with 4+ years of experience in chromatin conformation analysis (Hi-C, HiChIP, ChIA-PET) and deep learning for genomics.
Author
Rudhra is an M.S. Bioinformatics student at Rowan University and a research assistant in Dr. Yong Chen’s Lab. His work focuses on chromatin 3D structure analysis and building accessible bioinformatics tools. He is the author of Chr3D (a chromatin interactions analysis framework), The Bioinformatics Arsenal (open-source reimplementations of 12+ SOTA deep learning models including AlphaFold 2/3 and ESM-2), and Bioinformatics Studio.
